Basaya Beach Hotel


Het Basaya Beach Hotel, dat voorheen Centera Beach Hotel heette, was ooit het eerste hotel in Pattaya. Het staat bekend om zijn karakter en ligt op een unieke plek in deze badplaats.
Accommodatie: u kunt kiezen uit 146 kamers, variërend van Standard  en Superior kamers tot Suites. Alle zijn voorzien van onder meer airconditioning, satelliet-tv, IDD-telefoon, minibar, een kluisje, zitje en een badkamer met douche of bad. De Wifi internet is gratis.
Faciliteiten: het hotel ligt in een riante tropische tuin met een groot zwembad, ligstoelen en parasols.
Tevens vindt u hier een kinderbad met speeltuin, een gezellig bruin cafe en het populaire Zeppelin restaurant met een internationale keuken. U vindt hier ook een badmintonbaan, een kapsalon, kleermaker en souvenirwinkel. Ook voor een traditionele Thaise massage kunt u hier terecht.
Locatie: direct aan de gezellige boulevard in Centraal-Pattaya.

Recensie: Just got home after a once again very enjoyable 3 weeks at Centera Beach. Upon check-in, the staff recognised me from previous visits which to me, is a good sign of service. I was asked if I would like the same room as before(groundlevel, left-wing, poolside) and if so if I mind to wait for about 30mins in the lobby so housekeeping could make the room ready. I agreed because these rooms are more quiet and I was offered a free glass of ice tea while waiting.

The rooms were fitted with brand new airco\'s which are less noisy and adjustable by a remote control. Also the furnish had a pleaseant makeover since last year. In fact, the whole hotel had a refreshing makeover.

Hotel Staff was very friendly and some even remembered my personal habbits. 20.00hrs. coffee time in the lobby for instance. When I sat down, whitout asking for it, my coffee was brought up to me.

As a \"regular\" guest, I was even personaly informed by senior staff that as of november 1st, 2011, the hotel (again) will change it\'s name to; Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort(see picture)under the same managment. The space between the back of the hotel and Beachroad has been rebuild with Asian style luxurious appartment style rooms and a spa. They also now have their own mini mall, internet boutique and there is more to come.

I will definately come back to this hotel next year.

Recensie: Ladies at Service desk and service boys were not very friendly.
Last room was flooded from water and was very muffy.
Visit the place twice . No more for me.
